The San Francisco Fleet is actively seeking energetic, talented sailors to join the local One Design racing action. There are 8 crew positions on the boat: Skipper, Main Trimmer, Jib Trimmer, Offside Trimmer, Pit, Mast, Bowman, Caddy (squirrel). Should you have interest in crewing in one of our campaigns, please contact the skipper from the Fleet Info page or Fleet Captain.

Here are a few tips:

• Be respectful of the boat and other crew members
• Have a good attitude
• Be flexible
• Be willing to learn crew positions
• Be willing to help with boat prep pre-race and breakdown post-race
• Be committed
